Planning and Preparation: 

  • Four consultations for pre-planning details, vendor reviews, meetings, and planning follow-up

    • Creation of a detailed wedding budget per the bride and groom's specifications.  Provide creative solutions to keep the budget on track

    • Theme and decor recommendations for your ceremony and reception venues

    • Vendor research and referrals as required

    • Unlimited phone and email consultations on etiquette and event timing

  • Creation and distribution of a detailed timing chart of all wedding and social events

    • Creation and distribution of reception venue floor plan showing locations of guest, head,       cake, gift and reception card tables

  • Creation and distribution of a comprehensive wedding day  vendor itinerary, set up instructions   and contact list

    •

     

    Vendors and Venue's:

  • Review of venue locations and vendor selections to plan event layout and to discuss         wedding day activities, meet with venue coordinators

    • Review vendor contracts for design, service and documentation of delivery and set up         timing

  • Receive deliveries and greet vendors providing assistance as required and vendor coordination of the ceremony and reception venues

    •

    • Confirmation of seating plan and room set up with reception site

    • Set up and coordination of the ceremony and reception venues including the guest, head, cake, gift, reception card tables, and architectural elements such as arbors, pillars, and pedestals

     

    The Wedding Week:

    • Confirmation of all vendors services for detail, timing and delivery, distribute time line one week   prior to the event

    • Attendance and coordination of your wedding rehearsal processional and recessional      including confirmation of ceremony music selections and timing with musicians

  • Distribute flowers to the bridal party and provide assistance as necessary
     

  • Organize and line up the bridal party prior to the start of the ceremony and assist in the       timing of the processional

    •

    • On site coverage the day of your wedding from the ceremony to the reception

  • Transportation of ceremony decor and personal items to the reception venue

    •

    • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors

    • Two assistant coordinators for guest counts up to 200
