    • Meet with venue coordinators to discuss wedding day activities

    • Creation and distribution of wedding day vendor itinerary, set-up instructions, and contact list

  • Confirmation of vendor contracts and timing of events to insure venues are set up properly and       on time

  • Receive deliveries and greet vendors providing assistance as required
