  • One consultation for pre-planning and wedding day details 

  • Review of venue location and vendor selections  

  • Meet with venue coordinators to discuss wedding day activities

  • Confirmation of vendor services for timing and delivery one week prior to event

  • Receive deliveries, greet vendors and provide assistance as required

  • Coordination of the wedding vendors ceremony and reception venues set-up

  • Set-up of the reception venue including the guest, head, gift, and escort card tables
