Planning and Preparation: 

  • Four consultations for pre-planning details, review of destination wedding facilities and follow-up

    •

    • Creation of a detailed wedding budget per the bride and groom's specifications

    • Design recommendations for your ceremony and reception sites

    • Destination vendor referrals and arrangements including: Destination wedding venue, ceremony venue and officiate, wedding and rehearsal dinners, bridal party and guest accommodations, group meals and activities, transportation, photographer, florist, music, cake, hair, make-up and nail appointments

    • Unlimited phone and email consultations on etiquette and event timing

  • Creation of a detailed timing chart of all wedding planning and social events including a wedding week itinerary for the wedding party and family

    •

    • Creation and distribution of reception venue floor plan showing locations of guest, head, cake, gift and reception card tables

  • Bridal Emergency Kit

    Vendors and Venue's:

  • Review of venue locations and vendor selections to plan event layout and to  discuss wedding day activities

    • Review vendor contracts for design, service and documentation of delivery and set up timing

  • Receive deliveries and greet vendors providing assistance as required including the set up and vendor coordination of the ceremony and reception venues

    •

    • Set up of the reception venue head, cake, gift and reception card tables

     

    The Wedding Week:

    • Confirmation of all vendors services for detail and delivery, distribute time line one week prior to the event

    • Transportation of ceremony and reception accessories to wedding destination

  • Distribution of guest Welcome Bags

    • Attendance and coordination of your wedding rehearsal processional and recessional including confirmation of ceremony music selections and timing with musicians

  • Wedding day check in with the bridal party

  • Distribute flowers to the bridal party and provide assistance as necessary
     

  • Organize and line up the bridal party prior to the start of the ceremony and assist in the timing of the processional
     

  • On site coverage on the day of your wedding from the ceremony to the reception

     You can retain Priceless Event as your event consultant which include but not limited to, phone calls, face-to -face meetings and travel time to and from any and all appointments at a rate of $30 per hour
